We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing electrical projects across commercial, multifamily, and residential construction and understands how to successfully coordinate projects from estimating and pre-construction through completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel
- Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and electrical drawings
- Assist with project estimating, proposals, budgeting, and change orders
- Schedule manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Track project costs, labor, materials, and overall profitability
- Conduct project meetings and maintain strong communication with customers and project teams
- Identify potential issues and develop solutions before they impact the project
- Ensure work meets applicable electrical codes,



project specifications, and company quality standards
- Review progress, resolve field issues, and maintain accurate project documentation
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

- 3+ years of electrical project management experience preferred
- Strong experience with commercial, multifamily, and/or residential electrical construction
- Solid understanding of electrical construction methods, materials, plans, and specifications
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and change orders
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a project team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
