As the Client Care Ambassador, you drive business results and growth through caregiver schedule management and client interaction, with the following primary duties and responsibilities:

- Client Experience and Intakes
- Client Care Continuity and End of Care
- Scheduling and Caregiver Coordination
- Caregiver Support and People Leadership
- Team Engagement
- Social Media Engagement

Saturdays, Sundays,



and Public Holidays - 8 AM - 3 PM. Although this is a permanent position, it may be ideal for a mature student, if you can commit the time. Some flexibility and additional hours may be available for the right candidate.

Experience Requirements:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
- Solid computer skills, proficient in G Suite: Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar
- Ability to work independently
- Customer service
- Healthcare experience is an asset

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
