Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Early Childhood Education (ECE) Program Leader to inspire and support children in their developmental journey through play-based learning. In this role, you will lead engaging activities, foster a nurturing environment, and collaborate with team members to promote early childhood growth. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create a positive, stimulating space where children can thrive socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
- Foster a warm, inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and confidence among children
- Support children’s emotional well-being through positive child guidance and choice

Qualifications

- Prior experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members




- Reliable transportation, as we have 14 programs that are within the city limits
- First Aid Certification within the first 8 weeks of employment.
- Explicit Criminal Record Check within 8 weeks of employment.
- Clear Intervention Check within 8 weeks of employment.
- Current Child Care Education Level (or willingness to complete Basecorp).

Pay: $18.11-$18.36 per hour
