About the Role

As a Front of House Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the restaurant and an important part of creating an exceptional experience for both our guests and our team.

You’ll lead from the floor, support your team in real time, and help ensure every shift runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support the Front of House team during daily operations and shifts
- Act as the primary point of contact for FOH Partners while leading a shift
- Create an exceptional guest experience through genuine hospitality and strong floor presence
- Work closely with the kitchen and FOH teams to maintain smooth communication and service
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to help them reach their potential
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and hold team members accountable to standards
- Build a positive, engaged, and inclusive team culture
- Support training, onboarding, and ongoing development of restaurant Partners
- Help maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation




- Ensure team members and guests are safe by following company health and safety standards
- Handle guest concerns professionally and find appropriate solutions
- Support restaurant operations, opening and closing procedures, and daily administrative responsibilities
- Lead by example and contribute to a culture of teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement

Previous restaurant leadership or management experience is strongly preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
