Duties:
- Lead, supervise, train a team of employees to meet daily production goals
- Organize team meetings
- Ensure materials are available, received, tracked and rotated using FIFO
- Set up, inspect and monitor production lines
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation

- 2 to 3 years of machine operation experience
- Asset to come from the food manufacturing industry
