Position Overview

The successful candidate will report to the General Manager, and is responsible for responding to all guest inquiries, processing audits and corrections, guaranteeing the accuracy of revenue from all sources, providing backup and routine daily maintenance of the computer systems, and preparation of Accounting and Management reports. This position will also be responsible for assisting the General Manager with all other duties as required.

Experience

Previous Night Audit experience or an Accounting background would be an asset

Minimum 2 years of previous customer service experience

Skills

Superb interpersonal and communication skills

Must be able to communicate effectively in English; verbal and written

Attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills

Requirements





Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel's satisfaction

Must be able to work overnight shifts
