We are currently hiring Delivery Drivers to support a high-volume delivery operation in the Greater Vancouver Area.

About the Role

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday delivery role operating a company-provided van on a regular assigned route.

The role has an early morning start, with drivers expected to sort, organize, and load their deliveries before heading out on their assigned route. The goal is to complete all scheduled deliveries efficiently, with routes generally expected to be finished by approximately 3:00–4:00 PM.

This is a high-volume and physically active route involving frequent handling of boxes and supplies, including loading, unloading, lifting, and using dollies for larger or heavier deliveries.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys starting early, staying organized, working independently, and managing a busy route efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a company-provided delivery van safely and professionally
- Arrive on time for an early morning start
- Sort, organize, and load deliveries before departing
- Complete a regular assigned delivery route efficiently and accurately
- Complete all assigned deliveries within the required daily delivery window
- Load and unload boxes, supplies, and other delivery items throughout the day
- Use dollies and other equipment to safely move larger or heavier deliveries




- Manage a high volume of scheduled delivery stops
- Ensure deliveries are completed at the correct locations and according to required procedures
- Maintain communication with dispatch and operations throughout the shift
- Complete delivery confirmations and required documentation accurately
- Report delays, incidents, or route concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of company vehicles and equipment

Requirements

- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Previous experience driving a cargo or Sprinter-style van preferred
- Minimum 1 year of delivery, courier, or route-driving experience preferred
- Clean driving record and driver’s abstract required
- Comfortable with an early morning start and completing the full assigned route by approximately 3:00–4:00 PM
- Physically capable of regularly lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading boxes and supplies
- Comfortable using dollies and handling larger deliveries
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume delivery environment
- Solid organization, route management, and time-management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working independently
- Comfortable using driver apps, navigation tools, and dispatch communication apps

Contract Details

- Independent contractor role
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Early morning start
- Consistent weekly schedule and regular assigned route
- Company van provided during shifts
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Bi-weekly payments

Pay: $180.00-$200.00 per day
