We are looking for a reliable General Labourer to join our property maintenance team. This position is ideal for someone who has a basic understanding of the trades and is interested in learning new skills and developing a career within the trades and property maintenance industry.

The work will be varied and may include:

- Assisting with carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and general repairs
- Learning and assisting with various skilled trade tasks
- Moving furniture, appliances, and materials
- Suite clean-outs and preparation
- Snow removal and seasonal property maintenance
- Landscaping and exterior maintenance
- Garbage removal and general cleanup
- Assisting tradespeople with projects and repairs
- General odd jobs and property maintenance as required

Requirements

- Basic understanding of construction or skilled trades




- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and dependable
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting
- Able to follow direction and work independently when required
- Valid driver's licence
- Own reliable transportation required
- Previous construction, maintenance, or labour experience is an asset

Full-time or part time hours available.

Pay: $18.25-$25.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
