North Burlington Medical Centre is hiring a Full-Time & Part-Time Medical Receptionist. We are looking for a patient focused, organized individual who thrives in a fast paced environment. The individual must be friendly, willing to learn, detail oriented, able to problem solve, good with computers, and have an overall positive approach to working with others.

All candidates must be good with communication, both written and verbal.

This is a multi-faceted position that is focused on patient care and administrative tasks.

Previous experience with EMR, medical office administration, and experience in a customer service industry are assets, but not essential.

Medical Receptionist: Full-Time & Part-Time

This role includes, but is not limited to:

- Greeting & registering Family Practice & Walk-In Clinic patients




- Answering phone calls for Family Practice & Walk-In Clinic patients
- Working closely with physicians and nurses to facilitate patient care
- Charting and record keeping for all Family Practice & Walk-In Clinic patients
- Faxing and E-mails

Full-Time Hours: Mon-Fri 8:15-5, 10-6, 11-7 (some Weekends/Holidays coverage may be needed)

Part time Hours: Mon-Fri 4:45-8:30 & Weekends/Holidays 8:45-1, 1-5, 8:45-5

Salary: $17.65-$18

NBMC Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-8:30, Weekends & Holidays 9-5
