Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Rentals Manager to lead our rental operations and deliver exceptional service to tenants and property owners alike. This role is vital in managing the end-to-end rental process, ensuring properties are leased efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire rental process from listing properties to lease signing, ensuring smooth and timely transactions
- Manage property listings using Yardi or similar property management software, updating availability and details regularly
- Conduct property viewings, answer prospective tenants’ questions, and negotiate lease terms to secure qualified tenants
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing of all rental records, lease agreements, and tenant information
- Coordinate with maintenance teams using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule repairs and inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email,



and in-person interactions, demonstrating skilled phone etiquette at all times
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with tenants and property owners to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Skills

- Proficiency with Yardi or comparable property management software for data management and reporting
- Previous office experience with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate lease terms confidently and effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of property management practices, including tenant screening, lease agreements, and maintenance coordination
- Experience in sales or customer relationship management to foster positive interactions with clients
