As StretchLab continues to expand its presence in Canada, our Calgary studios in Aspen Woods and Glenmore Landing are growing a team of highly qualified health, fitness and movement professionals who are passionate about helping people move and feel better.

StretchLab specializes in personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching delivered by trained Flexologists. Every Flexologist completes StretchLab's proprietary training program before working with members.

The Role

We are looking for a new Flexologist to join our Calgary team who is a Certified Athletic Therapist.

Your education and experience in anatomy, biomechanics, movement, injury prevention, rehabilitation and mobility provide a strong foundation for the Flexologist role.

As a Flexologist, you will work one-on-one with members to provide personalized assisted stretching sessions based on their individual mobility, flexibility and movement goals.

Previous assisted stretching experience is not required. We provide the StretchLab-specific training needed to become a Flexologist.

What You'll Do

- Deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretching sessions
- Understand each member's mobility, flexibility and movement goals
- Build strong professional relationships with members
- Educate members on mobility, flexibility and appropriate at-home strategies
- Encourage and motivate members throughout their sessions
- Track relevant session information and member progress




- Support members in staying consistent with their recommended stretching program
- Follow StretchLab's stretching techniques, safety standards and studio policies
- Participate in required training, team meetings and continuing education
- Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming studio environment
- Collaborate with the studio team to provide an excellent overall member experience

What We're Looking For

- Certified Athletic Therapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, movement and human function
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working hands-on and one-on-one with clients
- Professional, dependable and team-oriented
- Passionate about helping people improve their mobility and quality of movement
- Comfortable building long-term relationships with regular members
- Available for a minimum of approximately 15 hours per week
- Willing to complete StretchLab's required Flexologist training
