A great dental office needs a great person at the front, and we’re looking for an experienced Dental Administrator to join our team.

We’re an established practice with a busy patient base, and we’re looking for someone who already understands the ins and outs of dental administration. Someone who can keep things organized, communicate confidently with patients, and help make sure the day flows well for everyone.

You’ll be working with scheduling, patient communication, insurance and pre-authorizations, treatment coordination, and all of the day-to-day pieces that keep a dental office moving.

We’re hoping to find someone who brings experience, but also brings a great attitude.

You’re organized and dependable, comfortable taking initiative, and enjoy getting to know the patients you see regularly. You also understand that in a dental office, everyone pitches in when things get busy.

Previous dental administration experience is required, as we’re looking for someone who can come in with a valuable understanding of the role and build from there.
