About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, motivated individual to support dog handling, cleaning, customer service, and daily operations in a fast-paced canine care environment.

Flexible availability is a solid requirement for this position. Applicants must be available for shifts that may include early mornings, daytime hours, evenings, and some weekends.

Responsibilities

- Handle and supervise dogs of various sizes, breeds, and temperaments.
- Monitor dog behaviour and follow established handling and safety procedures.
- Clean and sanitize kennels, crates, yards, and other work areas.
- Assist clients during drop-off and pick-up.
- Process payments and support routine administrative tasks.
- Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.




- Follow feeding and care instructions and report concerns promptly.
- Support daily operations and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Adaptable availability, including the ability to work some weekends.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and breeds.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to follow company procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous customer service or animal care experience is an asset but is not required.
