ABOUT US

The Best Western Premier Chateau Granville is a full-service 118-room hotel located in downtown Vancouver. We provide exceptional guest service and build strong relationships with corporate, leisure, group, and travel partners.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager, the Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth and market share across all segments, from prospecting and account management to creating the packages and campaigns that bring business in.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Execute the annual sales and marketing plan and achieve revenue targets

· Generate new business through prospecting, sales calls, networking, site inspections, and industry events

· Manage corporate, group, leisure, and travel trade accounts

· Create room, meeting,



and seasonal packages that drive direct bookings

· Plan and execute digital, social media, email, and print campaigns

· Support website content, online advertising, and market analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

· 2–3 years of hotel sales experience; marketing experience is a plus

· Strong knowledge of the Vancouver hospitality market preferred

· Experience with digital marketing, social media, CRM, and hotel systems

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$70,000 -$80,000+ annual salary plus bonus, health and dental perks, complimentary parking, hotel discounts, and professional development opportunities.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
