Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management
- Assist in opening or closing duties,



including restocking supplies and completing necessary reports

Experience

- Previous restaurant experience or food industry background preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
- Experience in bartending or serving in a fast-paced environment demonstrates readiness for this role
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
