We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and Self motivated Maintenance Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the proper functioning, safety, and upkeep of our facilities, buildings, and equipment.

This position requires a proactive individual who can identify maintenance issues, troubleshoot problems, complete repairs, and respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections of building systems, machinery, and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other facility components.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues efficiently and safely.
- Perform basic carpentry and general building repairs as required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and completed work.
- Assist with the setup, installation, movement, or relocation of equipment as required.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards or maintenance concerns.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with applicable safety standards and procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized,



and protected work areas.
- Perform other general maintenance duties as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Previous experience in general maintenance, building maintenance, or facilities management is preferred.
- Computer literacy and the ability to maintain basic electronic records.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and basic carpentry is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify maintenance issues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and respond to maintenance requests as needed.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and performing manual tasks.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following established safety procedures.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
