Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC CONTRACTOR with Gas Fitter II and 313D licenses to deliver top-tier heating and air conditioning solutions. As an HVAC Contractor, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining HVAC systems across various residences. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor climate control, energy efficiency, and system longevity. Duties

- clean, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Service boilers, appliances, and other mechanical equipment integral to HVAC operations
- Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and techniques; implement effective solutions promptly




- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system calibrations, and inspections to ensure peak performance skills

- Knowledge of maintenance procedures for HVAC units and related mechanical equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while adhering to safety protocols

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
