Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for framing and finish carpentry using a variety of hand tools, and power tools. Your expertise in reading blueprints, working with schematics, and executing exact craftsmanship will ensure the successful completion of diverse projects. Duties

- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans.
- Build and install frameworks, walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, siding, and other structural components.
- Operate power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as concrete forming and finishing.
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures, including siding replacement and repairs..
- Lift heavy materials safely while maintaining proper ergonomics to prevent injury.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris appropriately.

Experience





- Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry or related trades.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions.
- Hands-on experience with drywall installation, concrete forming, and finishing
- Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, tool operation, and working at heights.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while adhering to safety standards.
- Prior experience in restoration projects or siding installation is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 85.0 per week
