About the Role

We're looking for motivated PR interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience across the full range of agency work—from media relations and content writing to research and event support. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a real portfolio and learn the day-to-day of a working PR agency.

Please note: this is strictly an experiential internship. It is intended mainly for students receiving academic credit/completing a co-op placement through their school program.

Responsibilities

- Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, social media content, and client communications that effectively promote our brands.
- Assist with event planning and on-site support (as needed).
- Conduct media list research and outreach.
- Conduct research on industry trends, media outlets, and potential partners.
- Help prepare client reports and coverage summaries.
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports on campaign performance and public sentiment.
- Monitor industry trends relevant to client sectors.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative ideas for marketing and PR strategies.
- Maintain organized records of media contacts, press materials, and project documentation.
- Support social media content planning and scheduling.
- Support influencer relations and activations.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a PR, communications, journalism, marketing, or related program
- Interest in tourism, travel, lifestyle, or consumer PR, a plus
- Website development or basic web design skills a plus
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a small-team environment
- Available to commit to 10-20 hours a week for a minimum of 3 months.
