We are seeking a talented Makeup Artist & Hairstylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty and makeup artistry, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and enhancing clients' natural beauty.

*Responsibilities*

- Perform makeup applications for various occasions such as weddings, special events, and photoshoots

- Provide skincare consultations and recommendations

- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on makeup techniques

- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences

- Assist with front desk duties and guest services

- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience

- Has reliable transportation to be able to travel an 1.5 hour radius from Kitchener-Waterloo area and open to working destination weddings

*Skills*

- Should be passionate about learning makeup & hair application techniques for different skin types, tones, hair textures, etc.

- Ability to conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare products

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members





- Familiarity with upselling techniques to promote additional services or products

- Previous experience in front desk or guest services roles would be an asset

- Required to have their own kit, and reliable transportation. We are happy to help build the kit that is required.

- Knowing both makeup and hair, or interested in knowing both is an asset but not required

- Ideal candidate may be a beginner, or intermediate.
