Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker, Reach and Counterbalance to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders for shipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role requires proficiency in using warehouse management systems and operating equipment such as forklifts and clamp trucks. The Order Picker will play a crucial role in maintaining effective warehouse operations.

Duties

- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage order picking processes.
- Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to safely transport materials within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick orders based on customer specifications, ensuring all items are correctly selected and packaged.
- Perform heavy lifting of products, ensuring proper handling techniques to maintain safety.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained and report discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance overall efficiency in the warehouse.




- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

- Previous experience in warehouse distribution or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and clamp trucks, with valid certifications where required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Basic math skills for accurate order picking and inventory management.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, with physical stamina for standing or walking for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus, enhancing efficiency in order processing.
