We are Seeking an Independent Stylist that is passionate, driven and is qualified with new Haircut and Styling trends and all the latest techniques with balayage, foilayage, Teaseylight's, Babylights ect.

Our salon uses Redken Fusion as our main colour line and Redken shades eq gloss and some Schwarzkopf Vibrance.

*We are hiring an Independent Stylist, you get the freedom to set your own schedule and take control of your own career. If you are looking to build your clientele it would be beneficial for you to work evenings and weekends!!!

*We are located in the Junction Triangle in a upcoming neighborhood!

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences
- Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments to clients
- Perform retail sales of hair care products
- Upsell additional services and treatments to clients




- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Sanitize tools and equipment regularly
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met

Qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology license
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist
- Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques and trends
- Strong retail sales skills
- Ability to upsell and recommend additional services
- Knowledge of front desk operations in a salon setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
