Business Operations & Marketing Associate

We are looking for a sharp, ambitious and highly organized recent graduate who wants the opportunity to learn multiple sides of a growing business while working closely with the Owner.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across marketing, sales, purchasing, customer service and business operations. You will be exposed to how decisions are made, how customers are supported, how products are purchased and sold, and how the different pieces of a business come together.

What You will Do

No two days will look exactly the same. You will:

- Work closely with the Owner on business priorities and special projects
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions and customer communications
- Assist with sales activities, customer follow-up and relationship development
- Help coordinate purchasing, suppliers and orders
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and business documentation
- Keep projects, information and follow-ups organized
- Help solve problems and improve processes
- Take on greater responsibility as you learn the business
