Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Security Architect - Senior Security Engineer with 10+ years of cybersecurity and security engineering experience to define and drive enterprise security architecture, strategy, governance, and secure technology transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing security architectures across hybrid cloud, digital banking, API ecosystems, AI platforms, data environments, and enterprise applications. This role will work closely with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Business stakeholders to establish secure-by-design practices and manage enterprise cyber risk.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Security Architecture

- Define and maintain the enterprise cybersecurity architecture roadmap aligned with business and technology strategy.
- Develop security reference architectures, standards, patterns, and blueprints across the enterprise.
- Embed security-by-design principles into technology initiatives and transformation programs.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide security governance for major projects and strategic initiatives.
- Define target-state security architecture for hybrid cloud, digital banking, API ecosystems, AI platforms, and data environments.

Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance

- Develop long-term cybersecurity strategy and investment roadmaps.
- Partner with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Business stakeholders to identify and manage cyber risks.




- Establish and maintain security architecture governance processes and architecture review boards.
- Develop security policies, standards, controls, and procedures aligned with industry frameworks.
- Provide security guidance and architectural oversight for enterprise technology programs.

Cloud Infrastructure Security

- Design and secure solutions across Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Define cloud security controls, secure landing zones, Zero Trust architectures, and secure network designs.
- Drive adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code security, DevSecOps, and cloud-native security services.
- Review cloud architectures and identify security risks, gaps, and remediation strategies.

Identity & Access Management

- Define and maintain enterprise IAM strategy and architecture covering:
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)

- Establish secure identity and access patterns across applications, cloud platforms, and enterprise environments.

Application & Data Security

- Establish secure application architecture patterns and secure SDLC practices.
- Drive API security, microservices security, and application security initiatives.
- Define data protection strategies covering:
- Encryption
- Tokenization
- Key management
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

- Review emerging technologies and assess their security implications and risks.
- Provide architectural guidance for AI platforms, APIs, data environments,



and modern application ecosystems.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure security architectures align with applicable banking regulations, cybersecurity standards, and industry frameworks.
- Support regulatory, internal, and external audits.
- Identify security and compliance gaps and develop appropriate remediation strategies.
- Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure security controls are appropriately designed and implemented.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, security architecture, or related fields.
- Strong enterprise-level security architecture and governance experience.
- Extensive experience with Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud security.
- Strong knowledge of IAM, SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA, and CIAM.
- Experience designing Zero Trust security architectures.
- Strong understanding of API security, microservices, application security, and secure SDLC.
- Experience with data security, encryption, tokenization, key management, and DLP.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and Infrastructure-as-Code security practices.
- Experience working with security policies, standards, controls, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity risk management and regulatory compliance within financial/banking environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, architecture review, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in banking or financial services environments.
- Knowledge of emerging security requirements for AI/ML platforms and generative AI.
- Experience with enterprise security architecture frameworks and reference architecture development.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native security and modern digital banking architectures.
