Job Posting: Residential Building Manager (On-Site, Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Location: On-site at a residential building in Burnaby

Starting Date: ASAP

* This is NOT a Live-In Position*

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Residential Building Manager to oversee the daily operations and cleanliness of a Strata Residential Building. This is a full-time, onsite position that includes both cleaning duties and overall management of the building.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain the building’s common areas daily, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
- Oversee the general management of the building, including liaising with contractors and coordinating minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Perform routine inspections and report any issues that require attention.
- Respond to resident inquiries or concerns in a timely and qualified manner.
- Carry out basic maintenance duties and ensure building systems are functioning as expected.
- Lift and move supplies or equipment as needed (up to 30–50 lbs).

Requirements





- Previous cleaning experience is required.
- Must speak English fluently for effective communication with residents, contractors, and management.
- Prior experience as a building manager is a strong asset.
- Administrative experience or familiarity with property operations is considered a bonus.
- Comfortable with physical tasks including cleaning and lifting moderate weight.
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance (e.g., light repairs, troubleshooting issues) is required.
- Friendly, professional, and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
