About Atelier Élan

Atelier Élan is a boutique creative marketing agency and media collective working across branding, creative direction, photography, content creation, campaigns and experiences.

We work with brands, businesses and individuals to create thoughtful, visually compelling content across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, hospitality, product and editorial projects.

We’re currently expanding our roster of models and creative talent for upcoming photoshoots in Victoria and Vancouver.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for models interested in participating in lifestyle, commercial and editorial-style photoshoots for Atelier Élan projects and select client campaigns.

This is a casual, project-based opportunity rather than a position with guaranteed weekly hours. Selected models may be contacted for shoots based on the creative direction, location and needs of individual projects.

Bookings will typically range from 1–5 hours per shoot.

Projects may include:

- Lifestyle and brand campaigns
- Fashion and apparel
- Beauty and skincare
- Jewelry and accessories
- Hospitality and food & beverage
- Product and e-commerce content
- Editorial and concept-driven shoots
- Social media and digital campaigns

Who We’re Looking For

We’re interested in working with a diverse range of people, looks, styles and levels of experience.

Previous professional modeling experience is not required.





This opportunity may be a good fit for established models as well as people looking to gain more experience in front of the camera and build their portfolio.

You should be:

- Comfortable being photographed and taking creative direction
- Reliable and communicative
- Comfortable working collaboratively with photographers, stylists and creative teams
- Available for occasional shoots in Victoria and/or Vancouver
- Interested in lifestyle, fashion, branding, photography or creative work

Compensation

Starting at $18.25/hour.

Rates may vary depending on the project, client, shoot requirements, experience and intended usage.

Where applicable, models may also receive a selection of professionally edited images from the shoot for personal portfolio use.

Travel outside the agreed local shoot area, if required, will be discussed prior to booking.

Scheduling

There are no guaranteed weekly hours. Models will be contacted as suitable projects become available and can accept or decline individual opportunities based on their availability.

Most bookings are expected to be approximately 1–5 hours.

- Any previous modeling, acting, content creation or on-camera experience, if applicable

Professional modeling photos are not required. Recent, clear photographs are completely fine.
