The Vehicle Detailer is responsible for cleaning and refurbishing new and used vehicles and the application of aftermarket preservation products. The work must be performed with speed and quality in accordance with dealership standards so as to ensure customer satisfaction.

Position Duties:

- Thoroughly clean and refurbish new and used vehicles, rental vehicles, and collision repair vehicles
- Wash exterior using cleaning solution, water, cloths and brushes, using special purpose cleaners and agents as needed
- Apply wax to auto body, wipe or buff using cloth or buffing machine to protect and preserve shine
- Apply preservation agents and revitalizers to vinyl or leather surfaces.



Treat fabrics with spot and stain resistant chemicals to protect and preserve interior components
- Clean engine compartments with steam cleaning equipment and various cleaning items to remove grease and grime

Requirements:

- Class G Licence
- Pride in workmanship
- Effective time management to organize your day to meet delivery timelines
- Possess good communication skills
- Ability to work in both a self-motivated and team environment
- Must be adaptable to the changing needs of the day

Working Environment:

- Long periods working on feet: standing, squatting, reaching, repetitive motions
- Exposure to wet and sometimes cold working conditions
- Exposure to washing agents and chemicals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
