Job Summary

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues effectively.
- Lead business development initiatives by identifying new markets or verticals for expansion.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in flooring industry.
- Strong background in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and customer service best practices.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic planning.
- Ability to develop innovative business strategies through analysis skills and market insights.
- Experience in account management, business development, and flooring product presentations is highly desirable.
