Housekeeping Associate

We’re one of the largest providers of fully furnished housing in the Greater Vancouver Area. Our suites are home to people who are relocating for work or dealing with an insurance claim while their own home is being repaired.

We’re looking for a Housekeeping Associate to join our team and help make sure every guest walks into a clean, comfortable and welcoming home.

What does a Housekeeping Associate do?

Think of it as part housekeeping, part quality control, part problem-solving — and a little bit of adventure around the city!

While our residents are staying with us, you’ll provide bi-weekly housekeeping service and when they move out, you will give the suite a thorough move out clean – getting everything sparkling and ready for the next resident.

You’ll also help with things like:

- Delivering housekeeping supplies or other items to guests
- Picking up or dropping off keys
- Taking care of specialized cleaning tasks
- Packing and organizing linens and housekeeping supplies
- Inspecting completed work to make sure our standards are being met
- Sharing ideas with your manager about how we can improve our processes and guest experience

Your phone is part of your toolkit

You’ll need a smartphone with a data plan that is fully reimbursed

You’ll use our scheduling and reporting app to:

- See your daily service route
- Complete Room Service and Reset reports
- Record the time spent at each service
- Report anything unusual or requiring attention
- Complete inventory counts

Our suites are fully furnished and stocked with everything from dishes to small appliances. Sometimes things disappear, break, or simply need topping up — so you’ll help keep an eye on inventory and let us know what needs replacing.

You may use your own vehicle to travel between our office and service locations or transport company-provided cleaning supplies.





You’ll receive $0.61 per kilometre

No need to know everything on Day 1.

We provide full training and a supportive environment where you can ask questions, learn the ropes and work alongside an experienced team.

You’ll attend daily pre-service briefings and team meetings, communicate with your manager throughout the day, and work together to make sure our guests receive the level of service they expect.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Takes pride in doing a job well
- Has an eye for detail and cleanliness
- Is reliable, organized and comfortable working on a daily service route
- Communicates clearly and respectfully with residents and teammates
- Is comfortable using a smartphone and mobile app
- Can work independently while also being a excellent team player
- Is willing to jump in and help wherever needed
- Has a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle

The day-to-day

Your day may include checking your route, loading up supplies, heading out with a team member, completing Room Services or Resets, checking your work, updating the app, delivering supplies, solving the occasional unexpected problem and making sure everything is ready for the next guest.

Wage $23/hr (this is a full time hourly position Mon-Fri) with Group Benefits Plan upon successful completion of probation (90 days)

2 weeks of vacation/annum.

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
