Join our dynamic team as a Skin Consultant and Medical Aesthetician, where your passion for skincare and beauty will inspire confidence and elevate our guests’ experience. In this role, you will provide expert skin consultations, deliver personalized treatments, and educate clients on skincare routines and product selections. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your aesthetic expertise with retail sales, ensuring every guest leaves feeling radiant and valued.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess individual needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Perform qualified skincare services such as facials, IPL treatments, MTS, and/or other aesthetic services on our menu.
- Create a proper program to tend to the needs of each client with their specific concerns educating them on their skin and guide them through from cleansers to maintenance programs to achieve their desired skin.
- Performing specific treatments that the client has purchased.
- Assist guests at the front desk by managing appointments, answering questions, and providing exceptional guest services
- Promote retail sales by upselling skincare products, cosmetics, and treatment packages in a friendly and informative manner
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout all treatment areas in accordance with health regulations.




- Proven experience in customer service within a beauty or wellness environment
- Certification as a Medical Aesthetician or relevant skincare qualification preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and engage guests
- Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations
- Experience with devices and wellness treatments such as light massages to be included in the treatments
- Friendly demeanor with excellent guest service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as required but mostly needed for Saturdays and 4:30 to 8:30 pm as needed.

Pay: $17.60-$42.85 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
