Job Summary

Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Worker and play a vital role in supporting our work. In this energetic role, you will actively help build, repair, and maintain infrastructure projects. Duties

- Site prep including clearing debris, setting up work areas, and protecting surrounding surfaces.
- Handle materials, including loading, unloading, moving, and organizing tools, materials, and supplies. Secure tool operation
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to perform tasks accurately and efficiently on various construction sites and assist tradespeople
- General construction assisting with digging, grading, demolition, framing, and concrete placement.
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and machinery to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity throughout the project lifecycle




- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Prior construction experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with common tools, materials, and procedures
- Proven ability to operate equipment safely and effectively in diverse environments
- Experience with paving projects or related infrastructure work is a plus
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices is essential for maintaining a secure work environment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, work as part of a team, and adapt quickly to changing project needs

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
