We’re looking for a Sales Associate / Consignment Coordinator + Social Media / Content Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on, hybrid role combining retail, consignment processing, inventory and social media content creation.

You’ll spend your shifts working within our stores, helping customers, processing and pricing consignment, entering inventory, photographing products, merchandising, restocking and fulfilling online orders, while also capturing and creating content for our Instagram and TikTok accounts.

A key part of this position is recognizing content opportunities as they happen. New consignment arriving, a shipment being unpacked, a new collection launching, a great outfit, a busy day in the store or a behind-the-scenes moment should naturally become ideas for Reels, TikToks, Stories and other social content.

We need someone who can see all of that happening and immediately think:

“We need to film this.”

While also being able to step in and give a helping hand where it is needed.

This role is a great fit for someone who is organized and detail-oriented enough to handle inventory and consignment accurately, confident and friendly with customers, and creative enough to help grow the online presence of our three brands.

You'll take ownership of our day-to-day organic social media, including:

- Instagram
- TikTok
- Reels
- Stories
- Carousels + feed posts
- Filming + photography
- Short-form video editing
- Caption + copy writing
- Content planning
- Community engagement
- Staying current with relevant trends and content format





While also taking part in the retail side by :

- Welcoming customers and creating an exceptional shopping experience
- Processing, pricing, and merchandising new arrivals
- Photographing products for our website
- Entering inventory accurately into our system
- Keeping the boutique beautifully organized and fully stocked
- Opening and closing the shop
- Assisting with Instagram content, Stories, and new product launches
- Learning children's brands, fabrics, and current trends
- Working alongside a supportive, hardworking team

You'll work alongside our e-commerce/inventory and marketing team so launches, organic social, email and paid advertising all work together.

Some flexibility will be required around launches, events and when the best content opportunities are happening in-store.

This is an in-person role in Kelowna, BC this position requires being physically present in our stores to capture content.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
