Duties

- Prepare and cook authentic Gujarati dishes, ensuring each meal meets established recipes and quality standards.
- Handle all aspects of food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for various dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, following proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Assist in managing food inventory by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or spoilage.
- Ensure all food served is fresh, flavorful, and presented attractively to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow food safety regulations diligently to maintain a hygienic working environment at all times.




- Collaborate with team members to deliver timely and efficient food service during busy hours.

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting, especially with Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Gujarati dishes and traditional cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with food handling practices, safety standards, and hygiene regulations.
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory if you have relevant culinary skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- A genuine passion for Indian cuisine and a desire to learn new recipes or improve existing skills.
