Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a lively, engaging manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and digital payments
- Provide product demos and explain features to help customers make informed buying decisions
- Upsell related products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products neatly and restocking shelves as needed




- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout processes and excellent service delivery

Experience

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Experience with POS systems or similar technology is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize tasks efficiently, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace
- Customer service experience that showcases patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with merchandising principles, upselling techniques, and phone etiquette enhances your effectiveness in this role

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
