Our client, a growing manufacturing company in Stittsville, is seeking a Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator to join their team on a 2-month temporary assignment, with the potential for extension or permanent employment based on business needs and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Valid forklift experience is required, including the secure operation of warehouse material handling equipment
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is considered a strong asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 50lbs on a repetitive basis throughout the shift
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a solid work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and safety
- Ability to follow instructions consistently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle, as public transportation is not available to the work location
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and established operating procedures

Duties & Responsibilities

- Prepare, organize, and coordinate outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Transport, stage, and reposition skids throughout the warehouse to support operational efficiency
- Supply production teams with required materials and respond promptly to material requests
- Accurately track and document material movements, shipments,



and inventory transactions within the ERP system
- Safely operate narrow-aisle lift trucks and counterbalance forklifts in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
- Use forklift equipment to move, store, and organize skids within the warehouse, accounting for approximately 10-15% of daily responsibilities
- Maintain an organized warehouse environment to support efficient material flow and inventory management
- Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and operational policies while handling materials and operating equipment

Location: Stittsville, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm

Wage: $22.00 per hour
