We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, polished, and reliable professional who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in their work, and can keep things running smoothly in a busy clinic. Your duties will include:

- Welcome and support patients with a friendly, professional, and energetic approach
- Manage the front desk, phones, scheduling, payments, and day-to-day clinic flow using Jane
- Handle direct billing, MVA and WCB claims, and related administrative tasks
- Support our practitioners and multidisciplinary team as needed
- Help keep the clinic organized, efficient, and welcoming, including folding clinic laundry and light cleaning/straightening as needed

A key part of the role is creating a positive first and last impression for every patient. We’re looking for someone who understands that excellent front desk service is an important part of excellent patient care, and who takes pride in making every patient feel welcomed and well cared for.





Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, dependable, and genuinely patient-focused. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm and skilled when the clinic gets busy. You take initiative, communicate well, and are the kind of person who sees what needs to be done and jumps in to help. You enjoy working with people, appreciate variety, and are comfortable being part of a collaborative team. Previous experience in a healthcare or multidisciplinary clinic, Jane App, direct billing, MVA or WCB claims is a definite asset, but not necessary. Most importantly, you take pride in your work, care about the patient experience, and understand that the little things can make a big difference.
