Project Manager – Packaging & Formula
Our client is a forward-thinking organization in the product development sector, known for its commitment to innovation and excellence. Our client is currently looking for a Project Manager – Packaging & Formula to lead packaging and formulation initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project timelines for new product launches, ensuring coordination across multiple partners.
- Align project goals with business priorities and corporate objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams, including R&D;, operations, sourcing, and manufacturing.
- Ensure all projects comply with regulatory, cost, quality, and safety standards.
- Oversee trade show planning, including logistics, budgets, and external partner coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact between product development and other departments to ensure seamless workflows.
- Lead weekly status meetings to review progress, address risks, and track milestones.
- Maintain and update project trackers, including timelines, sample statuses, testing results, and meeting notes.
- Monitor the development, sourcing, and production of formulas and packaging to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate technical transfers between internal and external partners to ensure smooth process transitions.
- Manage packaging samples, tooling requests, and approval processes in alignment with production schedules.
- Develop and execute annual calendars for trade shows, trends, and corporate communications.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in product development or manufacturing.
- Experience in packaging and/or formulation development, including testing and production readiness.
- Experience collaborating with domestic and international suppliers, manufacturers, or contract partners.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
