We are seeking a driven, high-energy Commercial Insurance Producer / Business Development Representative to join our growing brokerage. This is a hunter role focused on the B2B market. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, cold calling business owners, and setting qualified appointments. Whether you are newly licensed and looking for an aggressive launchpad, or a seasoned producer wanting a highly competitive environment with full backend support, we provide the tools and mentorship to help you build a book of business.

Compensation & Perks:

Commission-Only: Highly competitive, uncapped commission structure with residual income on renewals.

Zero Out-of-Pocket Costs: We cover 100% of your business expenses, including licensing fees, continuing education, corporate tech, and marketing materials.

Mentorship Program: Learn-as-you-go training where you shadow senior brokers and learn to close complex corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities: Execute B2B outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers.





Identify insurance gaps and qualify prospects through discovery. Secure high-quality appointments.

Manage and track your pipeline using our internal systems.

What We Are Looking For:

Active General Insurance License (or successfully passing your exams in the very near future).

Fearless phone presence with the grit to handle high-volume outbound dialing.

Strong business acumen-Comfortable speaking directly with CEOs, CFOs, and business owners.

Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset-you treat this role like your own business.

Pay: Up to $250,000.00 per year
