RW Anderson Contracting Ltd is seeking an experienced Red Seal Millwright to join our maintenance team at the Sullivan Mine in Kimberley, BC.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled, safety-focused Millwright who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working as part of a strong, team-oriented maintenance crew.

The ideal candidate will have experience in water treatment facilities and industrial piping systems, along with hands-on experience with:

· Submersible pumps

· Pump and motor installation and alignment

· Bearing replacement and maintenance

· Mechanical equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

· Industrial piping and water treatment systems

· Preventive and corrective maintenance

· Monday to Friday schedule

· 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

· Limited weekend on-call rotation

Qualifications

· Red Seal Millwright certification

· Industrial maintenance experience

· Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

· Experience with pumps, motors, bearings, and piping

· Ability to work safely and independently while contributing to a team

· Valid driver’s license

· Strong commitment to workplace safety
