Position: Production Supervisor

Reports to: Operations Manager or, in his absence, National Operations Manager

Primary Duties: Supervise production/rail operations, blending and packaging and shipping/receiving in accordance with policies and procedures. Ensure smooth, safe operation of facility.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise in accordance with plant/company policies and procedures.
- Provide communication between production/rail operations, blending and packaging, maintenance shipping/receiving, logistics and purchasing.
- Communicate with operations manager and sales on any items or issues that impact customer relationships including but not limited to product quality and final delivery of goods.
- Responsible to monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Responsible for quality control.
- Responsible for scheduling shift including: daily work assignments/rotations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, and back-up for absent employees.
- Responsible to ensure all personnel in production areas conform to safety and regulatory requirements including use of PPE at all times.
- Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
- Assist in production as deemed necessary.
- Troubleshoot all processes in all the Operations areas
- Coordinate and perform routine maintenance as required and assist where applicable.
- Participate in capital projects as directed.
- Train and coach employees on operational processes, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Operate within standard operating procedures and requirements of ISO, RD, and ClearTech Internal systems.
- Continuous housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe plant.
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers as directed by ops manager
- Complete documentation and paperwork as requested by ops manager.
- This leadership position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient,



and compliant operations while supporting production targets, inventory management, employee development, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct hazard assessments for new and existing processes.
- Create and update procedures as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a supervisor in manufacturing, chemical processing, and warehouse operations. Experience in chemical manufacturing or industrial operations is an asset.
- Knowledge of production scheduling, inventory control, warehousing, and shipping/receiving operations.
- Robust leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory or ERP systems.

Pay: $31.53-$40.23 per hour
