Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling and food preparation stations
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients or dietary options, and provide friendly service
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure high standards of hygiene and proper food handling practices




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality

Skills

- Proven experience as a Barista or in food service, with strong knowledge of coffee brewing and beverage preparation
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for smooth transaction processing
- Excellent customer service skills to create positive guest experiences
- Robust time management abilities to handle high-volume periods efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and measuring ingredients accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
