Wendox Marketing is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Edmonton team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, answering questions, and creating a positive experience for customers.

You’ll work in a face-to-face environment at scheduled events and customer-facing locations, representing established brands and helping customers get the information they need about available products and services.

Your Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
- Listen to customer questions and understand their needs
- Provide clear information about products, services, and promotions
- Answer questions and address customer concerns
- Help customers understand available options
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Assist customers with the next steps when needed
- Maintain a professional and welcoming customer environment
- Keep customer interactions and required information organized
- Stay informed about product updates and campaign information
- Follow company and campaign guidelines
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
- Work with team members to provide consistent customer service
