Duties

- Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts and market analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to provide effective solutions
- Negotiate contracts and terms to close sales while ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Manage key accounts through ongoing communication, support, and upselling strategies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that attract potential clients
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions accurately




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to develop strategic business plans
- Excellent analysis skills to evaluate market trends and customer needs effectively
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client information and sales pipelines
- Technical sales experience is highly desirable, especially in technology-related industries
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
- Fluency in Spanish to serve diverse client bases effectively
