Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Dispatch Administrator to join our logistics team. This role is critical in managing transportation operations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring seamless communication across supply chain channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with transportation management systems to optimize freight and shipping processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient supply chain management within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate freight shipments using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and AVAAL software.
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Analyze shipping data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to freight, shipping schedules, and inventory movements.
- Assist in resolving logistical issues promptly through clear communication and problem-solving skills.




- Support the overall supply chain operations by providing timely updates and analysis as needed.

Experience

- Proven experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), AVAAL, or similar logistics software.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes, freight management, and 3PL operations.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy;
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret shipping data and optimize logistics workflows.
- Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately for efficient data entry.
- Prior experience in shipping & receiving roles or logistics coordination is advantageous.

This position requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a rapid-paced environment. The Dispatch Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining smooth logistical operations that support overall business success.

Pay: $3,000.00-$3,500.00 per month
