Willy's Trucking Service is a transportation company providing LTL service throughout Alberta and Northern BC. We're looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Fort St. John terminal and support our continued growth.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing drivers and staff, supporting customers, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and ensuring efficient freight movement throughout the region.

What You'll Own

- Daily terminal and freight operations
- Driver and employee supervision
- Customer service and key account support
- Safety, compliance, and performance standards
- Labour planning and operational efficiency
- Branch profitability and cost control

Qualifications

- Previous management or supervisory experience




- Transportation or logistics experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
- Class 1 licence considered an asset
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Fort St. John area
