We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated accountant to join our team and contribute to our success.

Job responsibilities:

- Collaborate with junior accountants/bookkeepers on the team to perform month-end and year-end closing procedures

- Provide Controller level review of financials and meet with clients periodically to review and provide advice

- Assist with interviewing and onboarding new clients, reviewing and improving their processes and training team members on the account

- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes within the organization

- Assist in managing your team of bookkeepers

Expectations:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all work

- Ability to work with different accounting software (QBO, QBD, Xero) as well as the ability to quickly understand new software as needed





- Understanding of GAAP

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Qualifications

- Thorough understanding of bookkeeping processes and financial statements as well as accounting principles

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office Products
