Bakery/café barista /All rounder

Established in 1995, we are a European bakery specializing in traditional Belgian waffles and pastries. As pioneers of Liege and Brussels waffles in Vancouver, we remain committed to handcrafted quality, authentic ingredients, and consistent excellence every morning.

We are seeking a mature, professional, and experienced barista/counter server who takes pride in their work, maintains high standards, and brings stability to our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong work ethic, reliable performance, and a genuine interest in learning full bakery operations.

What You Will Do

- Prepare artisan coffee to a high standard (espresso dialing, milk texturing, latte art)
- Make sandwiches and simple made‑to‑order items (when needed)
- Assist with daily food preparation and product handling
- Provide warm, professional customer service
- Package pastries and waffles with care and accuracy
- Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Keep customer and staff areas clean, organized, and food‑safe
- Share cleaning duties: dishes, garbage, sweeping, and general upkeep
- Follow recipes, instructions, and store procedures consistently
- Support smooth daily operations with a positive, steady attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
