Every truck, railcar, and load of recyclable material that enters our facility passes through inspection. Your decisions help protect safety, improve quality, and keep production moving.

You'll work alongside equipment operators, truck drivers, commercial teams, and operations leadership while developing valuable industry knowledge that can lead to advancement throughout the company.

What You'll Be Doing

✔ Inspect and identify incoming metals and recyclable materials

✔ Verify materials meet quality, safety, and environmental standards

✔ Direct trucks and customer traffic throughout the yard

✔ Record inspections and material information using company systems

✔ Communicate with drivers, customers, and operations teams

✔ Monitor loads for non-conforming or prohibited materials

✔ Help maintain a safe, organized work environment

✔ Support daily yard operations when needed

Excellent Backgrounds for This Position

You do not need previous metals recycling experience.
