Job Overview
Japango is looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our team. This role involves both guest service and table maintenance, helping ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Duties

- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Work closely with team members during busy service hours
- Provide a positive and welcoming dining experience
- Occasionally assist with marketing content creation, including photo and video shoots for social media and promotional use

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or server experience is preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Responsible, reliable,



and able to work well in a team
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Smart Serve certification is required or must be obtained shortly after joining
- Must be available for consistent part-time shifts
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Location: Downtown Toronto
