Position Summary

Aroh Inc. is looking for a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Creative Production Assembler - Signage to join our growing production team. The ideal candidate is organized, driven, confident, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and a passion for completing quality projects on time. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where craftsmanship, attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork are valued. You will assist with the fabrication, printing, assembly, finishing, and packaging of interior and exterior signage while ensuring every project meets Aroh Inc.’s quality standards and deadlines.

What You Will Do

- Assemble, finish, and prepare interior and exterior signage products using materials such as acrylic, wood, vinyl, metal, printed graphics, laminates, and adhesives.
- Apply vinyl lettering, graphics, laminates, and decorative components accurately. Review work orders, drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions before beginning production.
- Measure, position, align, and assemble components to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Inspect completed products for alignment, finish quality, cleanliness, and overall workmanship.
- Clean, prepare, and package finished signage for delivery or installation.
- Assist with printing, graphic production, and other production processes as required.
- Safely use hand tools, measuring tools, and production equipment.
- Maintain organized materials, tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Identify production or quality issues and take a solution-focused approach to resolving them.




- Work closely with the production team to complete projects accurately and on schedule.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures, company quality standards, and assist with other production duties as required.

Helpful Experience

Previous experience in any of the following areas would be an asset:

- Sign making or signage production
- Vinyl graphics and application
- Printing or graphic production
- Picture framing
- Cabinetry or woodworking
- Furniture finishing
- Crafts or detailed assembly work
- Product assembly
- Light manufacturing or production

Experience operating roll-to-roll or flatbed UV printers is helpful but not required. Training can be provided to candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
